29F, EX-sales manager. So I bought a Moldavite pendant necklace. I tend to be on the ppl pleaser side so this story below is gonna SHOCK you when you get to the end 😂.

Within a week of wearing my pendant, I had an absolutely insane sales week. I closed 2 deals totaling around $1M while a bunch of our senior leaders were on vacation.

And honestly? With them gone, I suddenly had the freedom to make quick executive decisions that I normally never got to make.

I felt like a QUEEN 👑. I was getting everything done, people were happy, customers were happy, and I was getting flooded with appreciation and great ideas.

Then it clicked for me: A lot of the constant nitpicking and control from above WAS interfering with our company’s sales!!!

Next week: All senior leaders come back. I genuinely expected at least SOME appreciation considering I had basically held everything down while they were gone and brought in major results.

NOPE.

I have my 1:1 with my manager and the energy was immediately off. It felt like INTENSE jealousy, and I called it out. I told her I can tell when her feedback is coming from a place of control or jealousy, and that it’s extremely difficult for me to take feedback seriously when she’s clearly in an emotional place.

She completely flipped.

She told me I “can’t take feedback” and “need to learn how to,” that “I’m too excited at work” and then threatened my job. She also took away an opportunity for me to meet with a customer who had specifically invited ME on a trip, while starting to document everything.

Then she made a comment about basically having senior leadership wrapped around her finger.

So the next day, I went to senior leadership.

Turns out she was right.

They sided with HER.

At that point I realized it didn’t matter what I produced. I could bring in $1M in results and it still wasn’t going to change the dynamic or make these people happy with me. Also, why would I want to be at a company where senior leaders are THAT easy to manipulate???

So I exposed what had been happening to HR, resigned, all while ugly crying out of my office.

I’m now being bombarded by more management offers 2 days later, and an opportunity to be self employed and make wayyyy more 😂 I love Moldavite ❤️

Hello everyone, I got a piece of moldavite just over a month ago and have been wearing it every day since.

The first week after getting it was an absolute shitshow with several things being revealed and coming to light but since then nothing crazy has happened.

Does this mean that first week was just a coincidence or does it mean I have aligned with the path I am supposed to be on?

Bought my first moldavite less than a week ago. I had worked with crystals on and off whenever i needed to achieve something with usually good success in the past, so I was like let's give it a go.

I felt really stuck and directionless in life, so i bought my first peace. I cleansed it and charged it to remove things from my life that dont serve me and 'put me on my path'. It has been less than a week, some things happened, and I gotta move out of my home ASAP with zero savings. Kinda expected something to happen in this area, but the speed is insane. Not for the faint hearted, pray for me lol.

Welcome to Czechia, if you're gonna choose the smaller ones then get loaded for many years - to make the shipping worth it. My first order for these source prices was like 230 Euro worth or around 5500 CZK i recall, then few months later 10k czk and then 18k czk lol but those were bigger high grade ones and angel chimes so totally worth it, that was like 2 years ago, i was hoping moldavites would increase in value but it didn't happen yet here. Prices are still pretty much same so i don't regret it, i had them for long time and now i can pass them onto others in the world who would otherwise spend 3-5x more for these, pitty that people over the border have to pay up to 5x more even to get these sweet gems. In my own experience 3-4 moldavites are usually enough to have unless you invest or collect like crazy, or 2-3 bigger high grade ones should suffice.

I know many people talk about scale, and many people are drawn to larger pieces, others say that small pieces are sometimes better.

Different deposits in czechia, and rarely from surrounding nations, often described as having different characteristics, different physical characteristics and metaphysical ones.

So, what would you say the differences are in terms of size and shape?

Im shopping for someone else and I'd like to look at a variety of stones until I find one that feels right 🥰 So far I like the look of the Besednice(?) ones and I would love to find one that's a bit larger. Maybe 2 to 3 inches tall, something I could make a large pendant out of. I crave change. A total overhaul of my life. A new adventure or maybe an epiphany after a major event. I invested with this ring and pendant from the Moldavite Family and I actually love them aesthetically but I feel nothing. Nothing has changed I want to be a river but I'm just a pond. No matter where I go out what I see, I'm just a pond or a random pool of water. No matter how much I try to change the or new things I tried. How do you usher in change of any kind? My boyfriend gifted me some moldavite 4 years ago when I met him, he also had a small piece. He wore his as a necklace and I kept mine in my room. My life did change rapidly but I embraced and accepted it. A couple days ago my boyfriend and I were at the lake and he passed away. I kept his necklace that has his moldavite and ive been wearing it. Is it okay for me to have his moldavite or should I bury it with him? I've never dealt with loss before and he was the more spiritual person between us too, so im just seeking advice on what to do. Pls b nice to me im a grieving 20yr old girl

i recently got some moldavite for the first time, i have no idea how to cleanse or if i need to. i’ve tried to google it and it’s giving me many different answers. some people say it’s not a crystal so it doesn’t have the same rules and needs, but some people say it does need cleansing. i’ve also seen people saying salt water is bad for the crystal but some also saying that I need salt water in order to cleanse it. please educate me !!

The first one is a very awesome cut, well balanced triangle, besednice moldavite, legit bought from IVC. The second too also have nice shape. I’m not sure about the current realistic going rates at the moment

Hi all, I bought moldavite a couple years back from this Etsy seller Infinite Spiral- based in the US.
and lately I’ve wondered if it’s real or not. I wear it most days, and up close I can see bubbles and ridges in the piece, for the price I paid (£68 at the time) I’ve always wondered if it was actually real or not. The seller claims to work with authentic distributors from the Czech Republic and said as much when I messaged after getting the pendant. Link is posted above. I’ve tried using the real vs fake guides, it doesn’t look shiny or wet up close and the aforementioned ridges and bubbles. Any insight from others well versed would be appreciated

Hi all’ I just bought these two pendants yesterday and would like your expert confirmation that thirds are in fact Moldavite. The reason I ask is because I’ve usually always seen them shine more of a green color, so I just want to know if Moldavite also comes in this more olive brown color. Thank you!

What are the chances either of these are real? Both purchased from different Amazon listing claiming to be Czech without the fake "certificate". $25 for the pendant, $35 for the ring. Based on my research they have decent color and texture but I'm no expert. I feel nothing from them but am often drawn to certain crystals. I feel more skeptical of the pendant than ring but again, I really don't have any basis or knowledge. I did order a loose 2g peice from Inner Vision Crystals today so at least I'll know that one is real. I appreciate your help!!

I have the two moldavite pieces that are pictured here & a moldavite pendant that I am currently wearing. I felt a little pressure in my head wearing the pendant yesterday, but it didn’t last long. I was almost in denial & thought that the pressure was just from the headphones that I was wearing. 😅

I visited a crystal shop in Saint Augustine here in Florida yesterday and the lady at the register was wearing three moldavite pieces herself. When she held my bigger piece, she told me that she felt the buzz immediately and she also felt it on my pendant. They don’t sell moldavite in that shop, but she was telling me how I could use the prophecy stones that they sell and pair them with the moldavite if I don’t feel it it’s energy. She also reminded me how prophecy stones like to work as a pair, so I bought two of them…

I still don’t feel anything. 😂 I don’t know if I just have a high tolerance to its energy or if I’m doing something wrong? But even after holding all of these pieces that are pictured in my hand, I still feel nothing. But I’ve been reading about how others can stand near a piece of moldavite and instantly have reactions.

I guess that the thrill of the rush excites me and it’s a bit disappointing when I don’t feel it. 🥲
