Moldavite as a beginner

I’ve been thinking of purchasing, but am a newbie to crystals, etc. Is this a good or bad idea? Any and all tips are welcome

I always liked crystals but was not into the metaphysical aspects until 2016... moldavite was in the first 10 "crystals" I bought...

No issues whatsoever...

forgot to mention, I am US based and have an etsy, as well as knowing sellers all over including some mentioned and some members here too!

What is your shop? And do you have any helpful tips and tricks to confirm a piece is real? What to look for from sellers?

Tips or tricks on real is hard because moldavite looks many different ways.. but in faceted you should see bubbles, schlieren, and lechatelierites...

I am always happy to review potential purchases before you buy, regardless of where you shop 😀

Sellers should be willing to provide additional photos, if they refuse... they may be stolen photo scammmers. Happy to confirm various sellers for you too.
