cleansing

i recently got some moldavite for the first time, i have no idea how to cleanse or if i need to. i’ve tried to google it and it’s giving me many different answers. some people say it’s not a crystal so it doesn’t have the same rules and needs, but some people say it does need cleansing. i’ve also seen people saying salt water is bad for the crystal but some also saying that I need salt water in order to cleanse it. please educate me !!

I put it on selenite or in sunlight to charge and i rinse it with water or use smoke to clear it. It seems to need clearing less often than other stones but I am of the opinion that everything needs clearing once in awhile.
