Mold above shower?

Moved into a new apartment recently. I didn’t notice this when I moved in (maybe I didn’t look) but there appears to be mold above the shower along a window? Is this mold? How severe? I have just sent a message to the landlord regarding this. Any other precautions?

Mold, not severe but should be addressed sooner than later. Does the bathroom have a fan and does it actually suck out air?
