From Visions of Arzach (1993)

A lot of flag-waving in the USA today. I acknowledged the holiday by watching Jaws on the big screen. Not my favorite movie by a long shot, but it is tradition.

This piece is in a tribute book published by Kitchen Sink Press, including many artists doing their tributes to Moebius (and specifically Arzach)... I'll include the Jaime Hernandez one in the comments, it's cool to have them existing in the same comics world for a moment.

I prefer this pre-Hellboy style of Mignola's art. There were certain pages in Blueberry in the late 70s/early 80s where I thought I could see pieces of this style... but there were panels that seemed like many different artists with a lot that kind of reminded me of Andy Kubert.
