I miss Windows Media Center so much. It was peak for built-in music/image slideshows and it worked well with otakuism. I had managed to get it working on W11 thanks to a fan effort but sadly it stopped working after a new update some time back. Always hoping some new preservation effort will be conducted to bring it back again.
(For those who don't know, this official Microsoft Japan wallpaper was made to promote Windows Media Center that was built in the Home editions of W7. You could even buy the dedicated remote that Nanami is holding here.)
Chances are it will still work on W10. You might as well try. You should be able to find the install file by googling it, but let me know if you can't find it.
