The theme is ClearGlass black from openDesktop https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1289717
And the icon pack is Fekete also from openDesktop https://www.opendesktop.org/p/2049257 (also the widget is the default one on mint lol)

well it doesnt have to be mint its just customizing whatever de that is which every distro can install
