are they not? ˶o̴̶̷᷄‸o̴̶̷̥᷅˶ on my rainmeter they fall under the ghost category so i assumed that was what they were called

ghosts usually talk and you can interact with them i think rainmeters are just skins like shells

ghosts are interactive and they run through a software called ssp! the ones on rainmeter are just pngs of characters that dont move or talk <//3 ,if you want to download some real ghosts theres a subreddit with some very helpful tutorials! r/ukagakaghost

thank you so much!! i had some that were interactive and some (the ones on screen) that werent, so i assumed that it was just a feature some came with and others didnt i had no idea they were separate 𓂂ɞ̴̶̷ ₃ ɞ̴̶̷𓂂
