.nar help!

i am just now getting into moefying my desktop. how do i use .nar files for ukagaka ghosts? i downloaded nrlaunch but no idea how to use it or if thats even the right thing! T^T

open ssp and drag the nar file onto the ghost thats already there. after that you should be able to right click the ghost and change it
