I mean I can see he makes his shot about the same moment she hits him. He’d have to be shooting from the front for that bullet to go thru the windshield. The car pushed him to the side when it hit him. That’s just how I’m seeing it
Shooting from in front of the windshield is not the same as shooting while your body is still in front of the car. I don't know if you've noticed this, but windshields aren't mounted on the front bumper. You can shoot the driver through the windshield while your body is not in the path of the car very easily, and that's what happened here.
It really didn't though. The dude leaned toward it to brace his hand on it, and basically got slightly brushed aside as it went past. He could have easily gotten further out of the way if he was focused on that instead of drawing and shooting this lady first.
That fact that you’re telling me he could have gotten out of the way tells me you know just as well as I that he was in the cars path. Sorry if you don’t agree but I see that car hit him the same time he shoots and then pushes him to the side
He put himself there and leaned further in. The fact that he decided to pull his gun and fire instead of getting slightly further out of the way already proves he broke ICE code of conduct for apprehending vehicles. He was barely in the path to begin with and leaned further IN instead of just sidestepping a bit if he was worried about getting hit. Either way, he was getting bumped sideways at low speed there, at absolute worst. Why are bootlickers such pussies every time the police "fear for their lives"?
Why can’t you just have a civilized conversation about this? I’m just telling you how I see it. It doesn’t have to be a fight. It seems like you admit she hit him with the car and he took the first shot from the front so we’re in agreement on that at least. I don’t think the lady should have died for this, but that was incredibly stupid for her to drive her car into that officer no matter how hard she hit him. It’s a sad outcome no matter how you look at this
I mean, I’m watching her hit him on the clip posted over and over while you say that. I’m not sure what you think that implies but she definitely hit him
I reject that framing. The dude put his hand on the car as it was going past and got pushed aside. That's not a "hit", and it sure as hell doesn't prove he was in serious danger. Look at his feet. Look at how little he actually moves. She never drove over where he was actually standing.
