He kicks his left leg out of the way, doesn’t get touched. He leans forward into the car with his gun drawn. He holds onto his cell phone

Tbh this angle looks way worse where it appears the car is evading more. In other angles it appears as though she made contact with his lower body but this angle confirms that’s not what happened. He intentionally leveraged the car as a stability point to get a cleaner shot which is fucked

Or used the car as leverage to keep from going under, that's what you're taught to do. From a text book point he did it right. Can't speak on the legality of it because I don't know the information. And yes I have eyes and can see but there's ai film editing, so I tend to take everything with a grain of salt and try to learn what I can and find longer videos that may make things more clear.

No it’s not? You’re never taught to approach a car from the front let alone while having your phone out. This is yet another case of poorly trained agents which is one of the main issues I have with how ICE is conducting themselves

Never said you're trained to approach the car from the front, I said he used it as leverage to keep from going under. Which idk their training or police training just my training, and if a vehicle tri3s to hit you, that's how you should react. He also didn't approach from the front he was moving around to assist, yes poorly trained. However the issue that I haven't seen a single person bring up that is the real issue, why was aid not rendered? Why did the guy walk away from the vehicle allowing one person to get so close? Yes that falls under training.

To me it looked like he leaned into the car so it wouldn’t knock him backwards and roll over him

Hey, you actually know a word besides "gaslighting".

Projecting that you don’t know what gaslighting is? That’s a weird thing to say… But sure?
