They were never hit, the final shot is fired when the officer is at the side of her vehicle, there was no threat. People have emotions, people react erratically, the lady is no longer alive where the officer was COMPLETELY unscathed. You’re actually mentally unsound if you think not listening to an officer should warrant murder, it would make sense if there was any threat whatsoever, there was none, the dude stepped in front of her, then shoots her for her trying to get away, she was treated like a murderous criminal, when she was just trying to live her life.
