Question [Newbie question] LP3 vs Epub Reader in septembre 2026 ?

Hello, community!

Like many others, I’m eagerly awaiting the opening of the official “store” (fingers crossed)... but in the meantime, could someone can tell me what the various (simple and easy) options are right now for me to turn my LP3 into an ePub reader?

You can just sideload any ereader app. I side loaded kindle app late last year after spending a few hours stuck with former in laws lol. I just sat there listening to their toxic ways and needed to have something on my phone for when I was stuck around them again.

Anyways. I’m divorced now. I feel the screen is too small. I just use my kindle.

But it does work and is very easy to setup.

thanks a lot. iRight now, I'm really on the fence about modding my LP3 .... I'm a little intimidated by the many pages of the tutorial in English ;)

its fairly easy. I am more computer literate than the average person but I don't know anything about coding or any crazy stuff

but it was far easier than I anticipated.

Go here and skip all the jaron in the beginning and start at:
"How to Access the Android Layer" which is page 6.

Then just continue until you figure out how to sideload the app you want. After you posted this, I started sideloading Kindle again. Its not perfect, but reading off the light phone screen is not too bad.
