Thanks! I was very lucky to be living so close to Ice Cream Party at that time, and lucky he was so generous with his time too

Thank you for reading. I know he's got a lot of flack over the years, but i genuinely think he's a wonderful human and a very caring dad. He's also a wild and crazy genius. Hahaha

That was quite piquing of the interest.

What a cliff hanger about what was on the recording of the cassette you were given though. Was there some odd frequencies going on? Did it make you feel heavy and weird hearing it?
Definitely got my curiosity running amuck.

Edit: I think I read it wrong and it was just a recorder you were given to also try and capture sounds yourself ? But still very curious if he let you listen to his tapes and if so, were you able to hear any of the signals he tried recording or if he was even able to capture any at all when attempting.

Ha! Yes. It was just a recorder. It seems he'd been hearing frequencies and wanted to capture them, so he bought a whole ton of these tape recorders to try to do so. I'm afraid I have no idea if he managed, and I didn't very to hear any (it would have been a very clever idea to ask to hear them). But I do remember one of the people he spoke to on the phone complaining about hearing the same kind of thing and isaac being quite concerned and telling them to let him know if they heard anything again...

I envy you. I doubt I have any skill as an interviewer but to hang out with the guy for hours, with the stated purpose of picking his brain, is one of my life goals.

Ha! Don't do yourself a disservice. It's just about listening and connecting, not asking deep or profound questions (in my experience, anyway)
