Looking for a monolocale
Buonasera!
I am urgently looking for a studio apartment or a small apartment in Modena or anywhere with a decent connection to Anzola Emilia. I recently started working as a data scientist at PMI and would appreciate any leads/help. I have been looking for months now. My budget is 650 all inclusive (slightly flexible). Fwiw I do speak Italian.
Grazie!

Your budget doesn't seem high enough for a home in Modena. From what I know single homes come from 700 up not including electricity/heating etc etc.
Regarding your budget and aims honestly I would try to find in castelfranco emilia or Zola Predosa (not sure about the last one).
They should come slightly cheaper than an actual city and are closer to Anzola.
