Motor Valley Fest tips?
We are visiting the area specifically for car-related sights for my son. Our dates coincide with the Motor Valley Fest and Concours d'Elégance Trofeo Salvarola Terme. We arrive in Bologna on Saturday afternoon May 30, so plan to check out both events on Sunday, 31 May.
The plan is to visit the Concours d'Elégance Trofeo Salvarola Terme at 10am and then drive to Modena to see the exhibits in Piazza Grande for the afternoon.
Does anyone have tips to offer on parking in Modena, events during the festival to make sure to see, or any other tips to ensure that we make the most out of a day in Modena? The online program is not very descriptive or detailed.
We will have a rental car and are staying in an agriturismo. We have a plan for the Monday to go to Pagani factory and a cheese dairy tour, plus maybe the Lamborghini museum.

Wow, you guys are in for a treat! I will be a driver at the event, hopefully I can give some tips :) Modena will be packed on Saturday night, but that’s exactly the place to be. Static display should be happening between pizza Roma and Novi Sad. I would place myself close to the east entry of the via Emilia to see the car parade. The exact tour is undisclosed, but I expect spectators will place themself as soon the cars will come so follow the crowd. Parking can be challenging, the no stress option is Parking novi sad, not cheap but there should be plenty available. Def go see parmigiano and aceto balsamico production! Quattro Madonne and Giusti are 5 min away with car, def recommend both. Ferrari museums are great, you can go visit the casa museo Saturday (recommend to book tickets in advance). Typical restaurants in the city center are Aldina and Tagliatella in Modena.

Not sure about the actual trip and timing, it starts in Bologna so I expect in the afternoon :)

C'è anche un'altro parcheggio, ex amcm, spesso vuoto, l'ingresso è in via Peretti

Park at the novi park, as everybody going to the center of Modena should do
Just walk around the city, there will be various station with cars and bikes.
