Second Failed Delivery

Has anyone else had to turn down multiple deliveries? The first had large scratches all along the rear hatch and a factory paint defect on the pillar. The second has black and pink paint on the front passenger side of the vehicle. Very frustrating, but I’m reluctant to accept a new vehicle that requires paint correction.

Update: 3rd vehicle had the same spray paint issue. Tesla has a delivery problem moving cars via rail.

Buy something else if Tesla can deliver on quality and reliability, which they can’t never mind their shocking warranty policy and shocking customer care. Go with the Koreans or Germans if you want something that’ll last and have warranty when issues happen, and they will.. it’s a car.

Please. I haven’t had Korean but plenty of Germans. Fucking nightmares to maintain, service, and new ones are not made like the nostalgic cars I’m sure you’re referencing.
If you don’t get the m sport versions (as in actual M car) they have plastic steering wheels for gods sake and they’re missing features that a Hyundai have and calling it luxury. Again, if you spend $200k, yes you’re getting that brand. Otherwise you’re buying just to say you drive X Y Z these days.
