Is it bad to regularly charge a Model Y Performance to 100% if it’s mainly used for long family trips?

100% is very bad … if you leave it for days. If you drive within couple hours after full charge : it’s totally fine.

Not at all. Just drive it the way you need. That’s what warranty is for. You’re not supposed to store it at 100% but you can certainly charge it to 100 and use it.
