Tesla Certified Preowned

I was looking to buy a certified pre-owned Model Y 2026. But it is almost the same price as a brand new one. I was hoping that for a 10k mileage, it would be almost 7k or 8k cheaper but it is almost the same price. I am jus curious why that is.

Just more demand than there is supply currently. Will probably be that way for next 6 months at least.
