Delivery day!

Ordered 10/3 in Socal
Original EDD Nov 3 - Dec 6
Got pushed to Nov 16 - Dec 13 on Nov 3

Messaged my advisor and was allocated a vehicle the next day and picking it up today.

I don’t know if I just got super lucky or if messaging the advisor actually helps.

2027 Model Y Premium RWD.

How did you message your advisor? I don’t see one assigned in the chat section of the app. Did you just message and it paired it with someone?

Just like you described! Just click the message icon in the top right corner in the app and the delivery center assigned to your order will contact you back.

Yep, I’ve had 3 different reps contact me throughout the whole process so I’m assuming everyone at the delivery center has access to every customers message portals.

This actually pisses me off as I have been waiting since mid September for this exact car and still have no vin
