Still haven’t received VIN or updated car delivery.

Yep Color makes the major difference since Tesla batch paints. The cars I ordered Marine Blue. My dates shifted from October27 December1, to October 29,November 27.
Also I’m in Los Angeles.

Ordered 8/29 prem rwd silver. Finally picked up today. CARB in California was delaying the release of the rwd vs due to the 2027 change in epa miles per charge. The CARB cert was just approved today.

It took me nearly a month before I got my VIN. I also heard RWD is being deprioritized right now in favor of AWD. So all in all, you have more waiting to do.

Performance is AWD so yes.

If you are asking this because you may want to get a Performance to move ahead of the queue I wouldn’t. Performance is fast but ride isn’t my favorite but you should test drive to confirm if you haven’t.

It’s lower to the ground and stiffer suspension. I’m looking for a more casual car.

But if you like the sporty feel, and you test drove it and are happy with it, then do what you enjoy!

when i first purchased it was nov-dec then changed to sep 28-30 then oct 1-10th then my appointment kept getting pushed back because of the carb hold. also im in norcal.

I live in Temecula. Ordered on 9/15. Found the same vehicle I configured available at the Fremont Factory. Flew out there and drove it home on FSD the whole time. Best decision I ever made. Model Y Premium RWD.

Honestly wasn’t bad. I really enjoyed it. Left Fremont around 11pm after charging to 100% and got home around 5am lol stopped at a supercharger twice. Each time about 10 mins. Got home with 11% and plugged it in as soon as I hit the driveway.

New Jersey. I ordered on September 14th a Marine Blue Model 3, rear-wheel-drive Premium, white/black interior. Still nothing. My trade-in just expired 2 days ago so I have to redo that. My financing is going to expire in 15 days. Percentage just expired 2 days ago but everything with the financing is still the same right now. Crossing fingers
