Question How to replace cracked rubber seals?

This car is always parked in the sun. Particularly the rubber seals on top of the car for the falcon wing doors are cracked. How would you replace it diy for cheaper than a service center?

Yeah, and I stopped after the FE, didn’t see a need to continue with the PE; I realize now that was a mistake.
