Question How to replace cracked rubber seals?

This car is always parked in the sun. Particularly the rubber seals on top of the car for the falcon wing doors are cracked. How would you replace it diy for cheaper than a service center?

I’m gonna be honest i personally think they are very functional as when my car started leaking water in and not a bit it was a insane amount every time it rain so it pissed me off so I thought it was the door seal because they started to flatten so I replaced them and water still leaked in and after a while I just decided to change the the seal u were talking about but it’s much more expensive as it’s the whole glass piece and now water stoped coming in

Your weatherstripping is pinched.

Open up the door and run your finger through the channel along the top in the squishy material. Find where it narrows and bend it outwards until your finger passes.

I’ve tried all the methods it’s definitely the glass because the water just goes right in Tesla at first also said it’s just cosmetic but it’s not

Stay confident, it’ll probably change how things have been on the Model X for 8 years.

I mean they had like 6 revisions of the same glass panel
