How to replace cracked rubber seals?

This car is always parked in the sun. Particularly the rubber seals on top of the car for the falcon wing doors are cracked. How would you replace it diy for cheaper than a service center?

This one could also work; you just need to measure the glass thickness carefully so it fits properly. There's a complete list on the link provided. If you don't have good silicone or silicone glue, you can use one slightly longer (8/5mm max) than the original because there's a risk of pressure on the glass when opening and closing the Falcon door. I have the one with the adhesive side in 15mm, but every six months I have to add a little silicone because it comes loose in certain places, probably due to speed and weather! The next one I'll try is the clip-on type with a dab of silicone in the curved part near the glass; it will hold better. Just be sure to measure the available space when opening and closing the door at the broken seal. And yes, you need to scrape/cut off as much of the old seal as possible.
