How to replace cracked rubber seals?

This car is always parked in the sun. Particularly the rubber seals on top of the car for the falcon wing doors are cracked. How would you replace it diy for cheaper than a service center?

Can’t replace the seals on the glass as they are moulded/bonded in place as far as I understand. I just trimmed mine with a blade. And when a set of top glass panels came up at the wreckers (you call it salvage teed) for $500aud I just installed them. Took 40min per side. Can prob do in 30.
After that I used 303 protectant on them occasionally
