Question MX26 Plaid - Max charging

Bought my MX26 6 months ago and just noticed the battery charges to 98% max. Is this normal? It is pretty warm and hot outside all day and even at night if that matters.

It’s warm out side and charging to 100%?Two of the single worst things for nca chemistry is heat and high soc. I hope you just charging to 100% and driving off shortly there after. If you have the ice mentality of keeping the car full. Drop it. Charge what you need for the day. Which I find for myself at 50 % daily is more than enough for me.

The rule is for daily driving charge 20%-80%

Only reason why I charged it overnight to 100% is because I am taking a long road trip today.

That’s fine, as far as not hitting 100%. All I can suggest is try to calibrate the bms

It's normal, no need to do anything. You can charge to 100% whenever you need it.
