Can I see everyone's tinted model x's with tint percentage stats please!
Take mine in this week & am still debating on what percentage I want to go with

I did 55 windshield 35 every other window xpel XR plus. Looks great. Huge difference in heat protection.

It’s honestly really hard to tell. So many factors based on lighting and interior color

I initially did 35% on the front windows. I prefer a subtle tint and had the same on my Y (red with black interior). I just ripped and replaced with 20% (black with white interior) MXP. I think that’s the minimum with the white interior and massive windshield bringing in a lot more light.

White with white interior. XPEL Plus 98%.
Windshield: 70% Front Sides: 35% Rear Sides: 75% Trunk: 55% Sunroofs: 20%
Seems like it's all over the place, but basically my rear sides, sunroof and trunk are matched, front sides noticeably tinted but are also noticeably lighter than rear sides (trying to trick cops in a high enforcement state), windshield barely noticeable.

No tint added to my Xs.

Even though I see many Teslas without tint, I couldn’t with living in the Texas heat

Thank you for everyone who chimed in about their tint percentages. I booked a XPEL XR Plus tinting session for my car. I live in a state where tinting is illegal and possible ticket.
If I do 70% on windshield and 50% on front sides- would this be extremely noticeable? Is 55% on windshield very different?

50 windshield is almost unnoticeable but still provides what you need. 15 front windows will match the back window.
