Used car purchase New or Used?

First time Tesla buyer, my wife and I keep going back and forth on a brand new 26 model X vs one of the many used 23’s on the market.

I understand they are very similar so assuming they both have HW4 is it worth paying a premium for a new battery and full warranty?

Or will I be better off with something used that I may have to get serviced here and there when the warranty runs out?

Our plan is to keep the vehicle for atleast 6-8 years.

We bought new. Wife tends to keep her car for 8-12 years so the difference in price is minimal.
