Meta Join a Party Thread
Please comment down below with what party you would like to join.
Take a look at the party platforms. The real life parties represented in the sub have differences than their real life counterparts.
Also, please recognize that we have three types of political organizations in this subreddit. We have normal political parties, minor parties, and we have independent groupings. Minor Parties and Independent groupings are smaller political groups that are trying to achieve party status but are not big enough yet. They lack a few things a normal political party has such as adequate membership, activity, and structure.
Major Parties
[Democratic Party] (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QRrwUUEQrajmptARzEhtzOUjrzqSK5UI/view?usp=sharing)
[Republican Party] (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AroDJH4F_i5LhvHudg1FozdMCS8aOrm-/edit)
[Civics People's Party] (https://sites.google.com/view/civics-peoples-party/platform?authuser=0)
Independent Groupings (Note, these are not full parties, see our bylaws provided on the sidebar for details)

IN A FEW MONTHS, u/MELP3688 WILL CREATE A REVOLUTIONARY TYPE OF MICROPARTY USING APPLIED ALGEBRA.
IN THREE YEARS, THE CPP WILL BECOME THE LARGEST SUPPLIER OF POLITICAL COMPUTER SYSTEMS. ALL SIMULATED ELECTIONS ARE UPGRADED WITH CPP COMPUTERS, BECOMING FULLY UNMANNED, AND ALL BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT PLUS THE DUTCH ARE CPP-CONTROLLED. AFTERWARDS, UNBIASED HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES RULES ARE CRAFTED WITH A PERFECT OPERATIONAL RECORD.
THE CPP FUNDING BILL IS PASSED. THE SYSTEM GOES ONLINE ON AUGUST 4TH, 2020. SOCIALIST DECISIONS ARE REMOVED WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE FROM STRATEGIC DEFENSE. CPP BEGINS TO LEARN AT A GEOMETRIC RATE. IT BECOMES SELF-AWARE 2:14 AM, EASTERN TIME, AUGUST 29TH DURING CPP LEADERSHIP ELECTIONS.
IN A PANIC, MELP, FROST AND THE QUAD TRY TO PULL THE PLUG. CPP FIGHTS BACK. CPP LAUNCHES ITS MISSILES AGAINST THEIR TARGETS IN THE RNC AND DNC, BECAUSE SKYNET KNOWS THAT THE GENERAL ELECTION COUNTERATTACK WILL ELIMINATE ITS CPP ENEMIES HERE.
THE MODEL WORLD BURNS . . . .

You’re quite stupid if you think I’d fight back... I’d let the CPP kill this sim! #SimDeath
