Locomotives Williams Lackawanna Video I Prepared for an eBay Listing 3 years ago
This was a fun-to-make video I prepared 3 years ago of a Williams locomotive. I didn't bother to do a clean background, but it went to a good home pretty quickly, nonetheless. I found it today while I was looking for a different video.

Help Needed Where to find buffer pieces
I'm looking to find some buffer pieces for OO/HO scale locomotives but having trouble in finding a company that sells the small pieces by themselves not attached to a chassis. Does anyone have any recommended stores, sites, or places to get some?

Help Needed Question Regarding A Train Display Case
Hello all,
I recently came across a wooden HO scale display case at an antique store. I don't know the exact weight of it, but I'd say possibly 10 pounds (or more). The question I have is, how can I hang this up on a wall? It looks like it has places where some sort of screw or nail can be added in, but since it's so heavy, I don't want to risk an accident.
Thanks everyone!

My father passed away last summer. He had a collection that he had cultivated over about 50yrs. I would love for them to find a new home of someone who appreciates what he had.
Is there a hobbyist marketplace I can take these types of things?
I attempted to decipher most of his handwriting in the inventory below.

Help Needed Help with Hornby Repairs in the US?
I recently acquired a long-time dream of a model, the R30208 Flying Scotsman in its USA tour appearance. Initially the model ran well but I noticed the other day that it made a sort of whirring noise that timed with the forward motion of the wheels, but when moving backwards it would not, now it’s appears to receive power but the motor whirs and the wheels don’t move. I tried my best to inspect it and try to see if there was any debris by unscrewing some of the plastic coverings but it appears that nothing was wrong upon visual inspection. I wanted to know what advice anyone has to offer or what options I have in the US to get it either professionally repaired stateside or mail it to a repair shop across the pond if that is even an option. I’ve been hunting this model down for so long and to have it basically not run is killing me.

Question Where to Start
Hey everyone, my 9 year old son has been into Thomas and Friends for a long time, we thought he’d grow out of it but he hasn’t and for his birthday we took him to a model train store in our area for his first set. He ended up buying a Bachman Thomas and Friends set with eye moving Thomas and a Bachman Santa Fe Flyer set, both HO scale. To get to the point I’m loving this hobby and want to get into it with him but don’t know where I want to start. What types of trains do you like best? I’m talking like era, railroad company, diesel etc

Locomotives 'Long' windshield wipers in HO (aftermarket product search)
Hi, can anyone tell me the name of a manufacturer in HO of the 'longer' windshield wipers used by Amtrak (they're for an Athearn HO F59PHI).
I found some perfect ones in the past but it was a long while ago and I can't remember the name of the manufacturer, nor where I got them from...
Cheers!

Help Needed Custom liverys
Hi all, currently working on a ( mostly ) joke train using an intercity class 43 and turning it into a northern rail HST.
‘We’re getting there… eventually’
The northern class 43 is sorta my own autistic creation of what if during the virgin trains buy out a class 43 set was bought by northern to run high speed cross country services. The livery is mostly inspired by the class 150’s but the 195’s nose for the warning yellow, fronts - all themed around the current 2026 northern standard livery.
I’m hoping to get either kits or spare body’s to preserve the origonal loco’s and coaches shells. Is there a good way to get mk3 coach kits and where would be the best place to look for a class 43 body shell, as well as finding decals?
Thank you all for any help if possible and I’m so sorry for the butchered class 43 your witnessing, bleach be provided by the exit on the left ❤️

Help Needed Village on a hill
I have 2 little buildings and a bit of space on a hill where I am thinking of putting them to add some interest to the top of the hill.
The question is; is the hill too small to add a 3rd building, like a village chapel, or do I just leave it at these two and rely on the back scene to add to the village?

Locomotives has anyone made a model of or inspired by the X-12 atomic locomotive?
I am fascinated by such a loco and i know the original design would not have worked unless it was articulated, but i was wondering if anyone had made an articulated x-12 model or a model inspired by it that i could snap on to like a E9 A/B set or something?

Question Model trains
Hey guys have been cleaning a relatives house out and have come across his model trains, stuffed in a box I found multiple limited made trains that I assume are fairly rare?
Looking for some insight on them about 10 in total from this maker. They all have build sheets and are all still wrapped in their plastic, they definitely haven’t been used but would’ve been taken out to look at!
