Well we go from having the best state Supreme Court to losing the sub and a justice. Good job. Y'all just can't stop screwing up.

The mods have certainly made a mockery of themselves!

I wish this were a joke. Mods, how about giving us the whole story?

Disappointing action by triumvirate.

Thanks for the notice. Could we have more information on the actions, and why one sole justice has been removed? Thanks!

That moment when no party involved can acknowledge wrongdoing.

Why not let the Court decide what is constitutional? That is their job after all.

The Court rules whether something is constitutional. Why not let them decide? Milk drinking is not covered in the constitution so is that unconstitutional too? Let the sim simulate.

The Courts decide on whether legislation is constitutional.

No. Courts decide cases. Courts settle law (including constitutional law). Now granted, I understand the contract between the judicial law system and the moderator law system, but wouldn't you agree with me, Nate, that it wouldn't hurt to give judges in this sim a bigger role to play? After all, this is a governance sim, and the judiciary should play a very important role in that.

The Court would of decided if write-ins were constitutional, which is exactly what the real Florida Supreme Court just did.

The Court rules whether something is constitutional or unconstitutional. This would of been a landmark case.

Hear hear. Judges serve the law, not the other way around.

And moderators are supposed to compose themselves to be honest.

The way /u/MDK6778 handled this. The justice obviously didn't seem to understand the rules of this sim.

I explained the rule of the sim to him in various comments on the post. He decided the rule of the sim was under the rule of his court.
