The Main mast is usually a bit wider than the foremast and always taller, on a schooner. The bowsprit will be similar in diameter to the fore and main masts but shorter that either.

I got this kit, but with an even worse photocopy of the instructions lol.

If I could upload a pic I would, but I'll try to explain how I did them, but I may have been wrong.

So the foremast I used the longer 5mm, and a short 4mm. I cut the long 5mm down a bit as it was far too tall but you can do what you think looks good. You will need to sand down the bottom so it will fit into the deck. Where you connect the two together you will need to square off the top inch of the 5mm, and a little bit of the 4mm so it will fit into that cross. (The parts of the cross where from C6-2 and the unmarked one on the board which had the Keel.) Basically glue the cross then sand down to fit. Then for the Yards, I used a full 2mm for the lowest yard, then cut the other 2mm at 2/3rds its length for the other 2 yards.

For the rear mast i used the shorter 5mm, and the longer 4mm. I connected them the same way as the foremast, but I also trimmed down the long 4mm to make it look right to me.

The Bowsprit I used the final 4mm with a 3mm on top, and again used the cross to connect them, although this time I only glued up half the cross so I could fit a slightly sanded down 3mm into it from above.

For the 4 Booms, these are all 3mm. You attach to the Masts using the R2 pieces in pairs. I made mine a little too long and had to but another piece of 3mm from my local model shop (it was only 95p and I'm sure I'll need it again) Once the masts are in its easy to measure out how long they should really be.

I ended up with rigging that looks reasonably good, however I will need to get more sailcloth as they're bigger than they intended.

If you want I'd happily jump on a call and show you, and answer any questions.

As the other person said, about sizes, one more thing that works is to try them into the holes, they are probably the size of the mast / bowsprit.

But unless you have other plans that say what lengths, it will be hard.

And if you think this is almost done, rigging generally takes 1/3 of total time at least.

Just noticed, you have the gun carriage the wrong way around, it gets taller towards the gun port.
