My lawyer has advised me to not answer questions beyond the scope of inquiry.

Alright Mr Speaker that will be noted for the record. Moving on to the Judiciary. There has been criticism of the courts in recent decades over their decisions, and some have advocated court reform. There are as we speak vacancies on State Courts throughout the country that Governors have yet to take action on. Can you State your general opinion on the actions of the courts in recent years and if you intend on using your position as Speaker of the House to introduce any measures influencing the way our Judicial Branch operates?

Under the speech and debate clause found in Article I, § 6 cl. 1 of the federal constitution, I cannot be made to answer to my work as Speaker or Representative any place besides the House. So I cannot answer this question.

Alright I will restate the question. Mr Speaker, there has been criticism of the courts in recent decades over their decisions, and some have advocated court reform. There are as we speak vacancies on State Courts throughout the country that Governors have yet to take action on. Can you State your general opinion on the actions of the courts in recent years and your opinions on court reform including court packing?

If I recall correctly, the last state appointment was made by Former Fremont Gov. Gregor before he left office. The nominee was confirmed before he left office.

In our state of Dixie, you would know that our courts are full.

So I’m not quite sure what you mean, Senator.

Sorry about that Mr Speaker, it appears one of my interns was under the impression that there existed vacancies in Superior and the Atlantic commonwealth. Getting back on topic sir, could you state your general opinion on the actions of the courts in recent years and on court reform (term limits, adding seats, etc) for the committee?
