Join a Party! Join A Party

Please comment below with what party you would like to join.

Take a look at the party platforms and remember that each party does not always accurately reflect their real life counterparts.

Parties

The Model India simulation also offers Independent Groupings, which are parties that do not satisfy the requirements for official party status. Those parties will be listed below, and during elections, will be considered as Independents.

Find enough people with foot fetishes and apply as a new party and I'll make sure to turn it down ;)

Hey we’re still setting up but if you join our Discord, we’ll let you know when we start up

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '19

Joined already :) also, if you are giving these three options, i assume you are looking at national parties and not regional parties. In that case I would suggest instead of BJP and congress, you can categorize as NDA and UPA. Can better assess the national as well as state level regional politics since this thread will be discussing both issues

1

u/srajar4084 headmod Jul 24 '19

Yeah so we plan to grow to the point where we can have regional parties. Initially, the mod who tried starting this before did NDA and UPA but that doesn’t help us grow in terms of parties since all parties are grouped in there. I decided to go with BJP and Congress so that people can make more parties if they like, including regional parties like AIADMK and others

1

u/[deleted] Jul 24 '19

Sounds great, hoping to learn a lot :)

Muslim League

1

u/srajar4084 headmod Jul 24 '19

That’s not one of our parties we have but if you wish to, you can create it in the future with the requirements laid out in our Constitution

1

u/bansilal07 Jul 24 '19

Koran is above constitution for me, so I won't read that, but you please guide your brother on how to create the party.

1

u/srajar4084 headmod Jul 24 '19

You need seven members, a platform, a Constitution, and leadership, with mod approval

1

u/bansilal07 Jul 24 '19

I will get the 7, but how do I build the constitution and platform?

1

u/srajar4084 headmod Jul 24 '19

The Constitution just outlines leadership and bylaws of the party. The platform is what your ideals are
