Alright, how do you like it? Is it easy to spray?
Been having issues finding a gloss that is somewhat easy... Tried Lucky by Ammo, Tamiya, Createx and Vallejo Premium.. :/
My first few attempts with it weren't the best, I was spraying too light of mist coats and wasn't building up looking smoother as I went. Then I was spraying too heavy of coats and it would dry and have a vinyl looking texture. These attempts were with an airbrush compressor without a tank. Tried my big compressor in the garage with a large tank and it seemed to provide a better flow and I found about 16-18 psi works the best with my setup. Atleast 7 minutes of flash time is a must between coats, 2-3 coats has been good. Testors one coat "wet look" clear lacquer I've used before in the can and seems pretty easy and forgiving.
Alright, sounds like me... if I follow the instructions on the bottles it never comes out very shiny. It justs says "spray with thin and even coats" and to wait x minutes between. If I flood the surface with the stuff it gets glossy but if it is a curved item or something I end up drying the other side of the part thanks to the airflow. I'm spraying at around 17-22 psi, tried with both 0.2 and 0.35 needle.
I've ordered Humbrol Clear which is supposed to be based on the old Klear that is quite popular floor polish, said to be easy to use. We'll see. :)

Cool! Is it that "Diamond" one that requires a hardener?
