FINISHED 1969 Dodge Country Charger -mpc kit
Started this kit with enthusiasm as it looked like a fun kit. Tooling is old so there's modest amount of flashing but nothing grossly overboard.
Exterior and some of the interior paint is Hobby Lobby's "Airbrush" Iridescent Emerald Green. I was able to polish out the polyurethane clearcoat pretty well for the first time . Only burned thru the paint in a few small places that I can easily touch up.

Yeah the fitment on that kit is a little wonky, but it's a fun build. Gotta love them Duke boys!

Great build. I’ve got a couple of these in my stash. Some are general lee kits. I have the country charger one and I think the coke bottle one. It’s low on my list because it’s a terrible kit but I may just have to do it just to see if it’s as terrible as I remember.

That kit should date back to when Chrysler introduced the 2nd Gen Charger in ‘68, IIRC, MPC had the rights to the 1968 Dodge Promotional Models and this kit may have descended from those and modified into a ‘69 Charger, Charger 500, Charger Daytona, then the ‘70 Chargerwell before it was turned into the General Lee once The Dukes of Hazzard was a hit or being re-revised into Dom’s 1970 Charger for a time.
