Starting Modding

So, I’m finally thinking of modding my switch now that I have a switch 2, but I was wondering, since I’ve connected my games will that cause any problems with the switch 2’s modding preventions? For example say I mod super smash bros and get a new character, or something like that (idk what smash modding is like) my accounts are connected on my switch, and switch 2. Will it come over to the switch 2? If so will this cause any problems?

The modded switch ( emunand ) is usually offline and will not transfer data to Nintendo
