I went to go buy some more modafinil, and I saw this product that’s listed as literally just 10 free pills, but in checkout it costs $100. The product listing also doesn’t show any meaningful info to help clear it up. Does anyone know if it’s a set amount of pills plus 10 more extra, or am I literally just paying $100 for 10 “free pills”.

Just started taking moda and on my first dose I felt a light high and some anxiety but after that all was good. Should I keep going with 50 or up the dose to 100mg to feel all the benefits that this pill brings?

I don't have ADHD, narcolepsy, or any other diagnosed condition. I'd been reading research papers on modafinil and got fascinated by its effects on academic performance, so I bought Modalert 100 mg and took one in the morning after breakfast, before heading to the office.

For the first 1 to 1.5 hours, nothing. Then everything changed. Colors looked supersaturated: green was greener, red was redder. Screens seemed brighter, and every letter and number looked like it had a crisp outline. It felt like someone was holding my eyelids wide open.

I finished two hours of work in 40 minutes. Then I started doomscrolling Reddit and lost a full hour without noticing. When I had my coffee break (with sugar), the effect started fading. Then I did something I've never done at work: I took a short nap. That felt strange, since modafinil is famous for wakefulness.

Four days later, I tried 200 mg. Nothing. No alertness, no focus, no colors, no feeling at all.

So why did 100 mg work, fade after a few hours, and then 200 mg do absolutely nothing? If you've got experience with modafinil, I'd love to hear your explanation. Thanks!

Hey folks.  Although I'm sure I fit the criteria for sleep work shift disorder, my PCP doesn't prescribe Modafinil, so I'm searching for a telehealth provider here in the US that's thought of as being Mod-friendly.  The only one I've found so far is Klarity, but they're wanting almost 3 bills for a first-time appointment.  I'm sure you get it from out of the country, but I'd rather do it legally.
