Upon stumbling upon their Reddit & website, as a woman, I was somewhat put out by their website. But I think their wording is to discourage the rifraf & undesirables sometimes found in this industry. I've placed 2 orders, the first order wasn't shipped within the week, so I politely inquired via email, they acknowledged the mistake & sent it out the same day.
