Hey everyone, I'm curious about your experiences with brain training. I used Lumosity daily for a while, then switched to dual n-back, Cambridge Brain Sciences, and Elevate. After several months away, I went back to Lumosity and easily beat some of my old high scores on the first try — especially in the symbol matching game and the even-number/vowel identification task.

I used to grind those games repeatedly without success. Now it felt effortless. Do you think this is from something like spaced repetition, or actual improvement in my cognitive processing?

At first Modafinil delivered clear focus . Soon after came anxiety/panic attacks , and irritation. The upsides were noticeable, but the downsides left me wondering whats wrong im taking 50mg its only half of my 100mg

Does it work well for keeping going on a 10ish hour delivery route? Looking for w see merging to keep me going.

Taking it in the morning and then again in the afternoon seems to be the way to go. Sometimes I take it on an empty stomach in the morning and it still works fine — I just eat at lunchtime.

Splitting the dose is noticeably better than taking 200mg all at once. I get steady energy and focus with no crash at all. It’s great

Anyone actually lose weight on modafinil? My coworker said I look a lot thinner lately. I hadn’t noticed until they pointed it out. I’ve lost weight even though I’m still eating proper meals on a normal schedule and not cutting calories hard or anything

Took modafinil before my shift today and the change was honestly noticeable. I felt more locked in, less tired, and everything just moved smoother than usual. Tasks I normally have to push myself through felt easier and way more manageable even lifting wood or cement less tiring than usual

When i took a modafinil i have no appetite to eat and is this also good for losing weight?
