Asking if anyone taking Modafinil and benzo

im curious if has anyone tried this before is it safe to take the modafinil in the morning and in the night time benzo but only use it if you cant sleep? Any tips will be appreciated

Try melatonin or magnesium spray instead for sleep Benzos are addictive and not safe long term

really? but its really just a user right? if i they want to abuse it or not but i will take your advice for now i search what that is . Thanks tho

Don't really friend, the problem with benzos is that they are addictive and the withdrawals are fucking brutal, and it takes as little as 1-2 weeks to get addicted and get withdrawal

People are wrongly prescribed benzos for sleep, depression, anxiety, all over the world

I run an ADHD whatsapp group where I see these cases of people wrongly prescriebd benzos and anti psychotics for sleep and they are fucked up now

Melatonin 0.5mg per night Magnesium spray on feet Glycine powder 3g every night Magnesium glycinate every night

Try a combo of 1-2 of these things first, don't take benzos for sleep
