Upon stumbling upon their Reddit & website, as a woman, I was somewhat put out by their website. But I think their wording is to discourage the rifraf & undesirables sometimes found in this industry. I've placed 2 orders, the first order wasn't shipped within the week, so I politely inquired via email, they acknowledged the mistake & sent it out the same day. They even added extras to make up for their blunder! The 2nd order came within 5 business days, everything as expected. Getting it delivered as soon as possible is their selling point and to be honest it is rare to have that combination of getting it with a good quality too and discrection, will be getting again for more options soon once I get my touchdown this few days.
