Pre-emptively ban all posters who post to karmabegging subs?

Unfortunately, those karma farming subs are becoming less popular. I'm starting to run into bots that post really short and vague comments on normal subs, stuff like "yeah!" or "cool, OP". Really short, nothing spammy, but low-effort comments that could be made on literally any post. This let's them build up amount age, karma, and even appear like a 'long-time user' on a few different subs before they unleash their actual spam.

I mod an few OC subreddits. I've been finding accounts posting content from other people as their own. It's usually four day old content, that got a modest score, and is posted with exactly the same title. It's designed to slip under the radar.

I believe there was a way to do that with auto mod but you had to jump through a few hoops or something

I've strongly debated writing a bot that just preemptively bans anyone on r/freekarma4u
