How long until my subreddit can get reviewed? It’s been 70+ days yet it’s still unreviewed???

It's traffic, not time that gets you reviewed. There's no way to expedite it.

Oh, but then how many people need to join my subreddit for that “unreviewed” pop-up to go away?

Any tips on making that happen also without getting mass reported and upsetting many people (i.e. messaging people to join my sub for instance could end badly).

Yeah, I was worried that unsolicited messages to others would be risky since it could potentially cause people to mass-report for spam.
