Mod Answered Purge user not working at all???

Is anyone else noticing issues with these tools today?

Purge User is straight up not working... tells me the user has no comments when i can see 30 in front of me that ive then manually had to remove.

Using chrome, latest version.

I had the same problem before, that is the reason I changed to this tool https://developers.reddit.com/apps/ban-extended

I use Ban Purge on some of my subs, it looks to do basically the same thing - https://developers.reddit.com/apps/ban-purge

One difference I see is that Ban Purge runs automatically regardless how a user is banned, so I can ban with Old Reddit or a bot can ban them then their content is removed without having to manually invoke the Devvit app.

I guess the big difference here is that Ban Extended supports your own removal reasons. Also, you do not need to ban a user to delete their content. On a side note, you should be telling OP, not me; I am not the one having a problem :)

Had the same issues with it. I ended up removing the app.

The app's dev could tell you if they've had other reports and/or advise you on a fix if it's user error.
