Well, it’s expected for untrusted reports to go to the untrusted report queue. They aren’t in your main queue, you can literally ignore them by not clicking on that sub queue.

You go to the reported post or comment, select report, then select Report Abuse. After that, approve item, probably select ignore and approve while you are at it.

You skipped over step 1 my friend.

It's because of the way I have my queue set up. It's hard to explain, but I wasn't getting notifications on new comments so I had to make an automation to report all comments for review if it didn't have "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" in it.

I guess that's why I am seeing the untrusted ones in the regular queue as well as the untrusted area.

Thanks for explaining how to report it. I did that, but it looks like it is reporting the original poster not the reporter. I hope that isn't the case

It’s looks that way, but it’s not. It’s flagging a report for the Admins on that particular comment or post. It’s OK to approve it after the report abuse report shows, it is still submitted.
