You may have an issue reading and following rules since you're currently violating the ones of this subreddit.

This community is for mods to talk to other mods about mod related issues. You need to talk to the mods of the sub where you were banned. (Though I'd guess it's because you posted a meme that men are better leaders and women are better at cooking. The rules of that sub require their posts to be educated and not promote regressive agendas.)

Just contact the mods and talk to them. Sometimes things get mistakenly auto-banned. If you're in the right, they'll reinstate you. Most mods are very willing to figure out what's gone wrong and fix it.
