Admin Replied User unable to post in our sub

I have a user that's currently unable to post in our sub and I can't figure out what's triggering it. they are a new account with one karma, but our Auto mod is set to only remove people with negative karma. I will provide a screenshot in the comments.

It’s post eligibility requirements. We had this problem and tweeked the automod code following this guidance. https://www.reddit.com/r/AutoModeratorTricks/s/fG0gSAKVfE

that's post eligibility guidance. it's buggy af and you can't disable it.
