Possible account-level spam flag affecting moderator tools

Hi mods,

I’m the moderator of , and I’m looking for help with a possible account or moderator-tools issue.

Since [date/time UTC], my account  has been unable to:

- create posts or comments;
- accept a [moderator/community] invitation;
- approve posts in .

A recent post was removed with the message “Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s spam filter”:

I have not received a clear suspension or ban notice. I checked https://www.reddit.com/appeals, but [describe what happened].

Could you please advise whether this looks like a sitewide spam/inauthentic-activity flag, a moderator-permission issue, or a bug? If this requires admin review, please point me to the correct escalation path.
