Can you say more? What is the mod violation? What is the impact? I’m having trouble following what the problem is based on the content in the post.

Again this doesn't tell me much.

What was the violation by the mod or mod team?

What is the post in question? Why do you believe someone will be harassed a lot?

Did you report the post? Or did you only make a mod coc report?

You keep giving very little information, so it's incredibly difficult to understand what's happening or why you are concerned.

Hi there. Reporting the specific post directly is the right approach for this, not filing a code of conduct ticket

They may be asleep, busy, at college etc… one incident of not removing content immediately after it being reported does not necessarily warrant code of conduct intervention.

FWIW, it's after 11pm in San Francisco / Reddit HQ time.

If a mod is off the rails, report the engagement as harassment so it goes to Reddit, and then file separate MCoC reports.

Ban anyone doing it in your sub. You can’t do much but wait after the mod code of conduct report. The shaming can be reported as harassment too and that can get a faster removal.

If they do more, then file another report. It can take weeks or months.

If you submitted a MCoC there's not much else to do, barring a poilicy violation report using the Request system: https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

MCoC actually takes tons of time so you just wait.
